In the office, we commonly look for project managers. Ten years minimum experience is required for these positions. Available field staff positions include carpentry, laborer and supervisory positions. Work experience for carpentry is ten years minimum, and five years for laborers. Carpentry work discipline differs in each area including concrete construction, wood frame, steel studs, structural steel erection, rough and finish carpentry, drywall, taping and finishing.

All phases require equipment operation experience from Bobcat operation, laser technology, small crane and lifts, and a multitude of hand tools. We maintain a fleet of company vehicles for field use and out-of-town transportation. All workers in the application process are subject to driving background checks, drug testing, and a general industry task-related knowledge test.
