General Contracting
As commercial/industrial general contractors, we perform all of our work in the private sector. Our project experience ranges in size and complexity from small remodeling projects to mutli-million dollar facilities.
Project Management
Strack performs a significant number of projects utilizing the construction management method of delivering services. This method of services utilizes a direct contracting format with the Owner for all contractors and vendors.
Real Estate Services
We maintain an active portfolio of available real estate in the central Minnesota area and can assist clients with site selection. We work with landowners in the development of land for resale as commercial/industrial sites. Once a site is selected, we offer a full selection of services ranging from planning and feasibility studies to zoning and rezoning issues to special permits and variances to assisting in the creation of various forms of municipal and state financing districts and beyond.
