Our general contracting division performs most of our projects on a turn-key negotiated open book style method. This method achieves time goals and contracting flexibility while meeting critical financial objectives.

We offer both an open-book audited method style of contracting with either a cost plus or a fixed fee approach. Competitive bidding ensures cost control and budget adherence. We maintain a veteran office staff with project managers, estimators, CAD operators, safety director/equipment manager, general manager, office administrators, chief financial officer, and chief executive officer. Our field operations include experienced carpenters, laborers, certified welders, and equipment operators all performing a variety of tasks.
