Pre-construction phase services includes value engineering, costs analysis, material assessment, scheduling, bid solicitations, interior design, regulation compliance and master planning.
During the construction phase the same experienced team approach as utilized in our construction division takes the project from groundbreaking to move-in by providing expert guidance and management skills throughout the construction phase.
